Final Straw

Annnnd LazyMoo just wandered out of the office. Early. Despite the fact that she is going to be out of the office for THREE HOURS tomorrow morning. She didn't say so much as a 'good-bye', thank you, and I had mentioned that I wanted to leave early (and she gave me a disinterested grunt that I took for acceptance). Fuck this - I am leaving anyway before I have some kind of nervous breakdown. Some things I should just not have to put up with.

Might I suggest that when you hand in your notice, you start with the phrase "Hi, you're about to see the productivity of this team plummet..."

Can't afford to hand in my notice, really - it's a long-term temp gig, and a relatively secure one at that, in an uncertain job market at a time in which I absolutely CANNOT AFFORD to be unemployed. So it becomes an endurance test, really.
