I don't mind the phone calls ... so much ... but when I get stuck dealing with the one woman who mishandles her Dictaphone to the point where she cuts vital information off her tapes, babbles far too fast and stumbles over her words so even context is a bitch to decipher and generally speaking makes my life a living hell ... *whimper*
The headache is on day 5 and I just want to go home now, overtime be damned.
