I have now paid up my FFXI content IDs until the end of June, and Friday has the unholy trio of Aegnor, Fenchurch and Satomi terrorising the beastmen of Gustaberg ... possibly. weaselbitch has this yen to try magedom, so she's going to run her Elvaan through a few levels of BLM. Meanwhile, dodgyhoodoo will be using our newfound capacity to pick which servers we want to be on to create his Hume thief Fenchurch. Whereas Satomi, for her part, has Bard and Beastmaster to level. It does mean that I'm kind of ahead of both of them whichever way I look at it, but at least with Bard and Beastmaster it's not much. So I can either party up with them as a level 3 Bard (or maybe it was lvl 4, I don't really remember), a lvl 7 Beastmaster, or I can just stand back and powerlevel those two with my lvl 17 WHM. (I really need to level WHM so I can say 'sod this' and start levelling BLM again, thus getting high enough in level to do some of these missions on my own.) Still, world of possibilities.
Not tonight, though. My mother sent me an email at some ungodly hour last night informing me that she would ring me this morning sometime to set up dinner tonight, after I haven't heard from her about it all week. And when I get home from that, I have a RP date. This is, of course, assuming I survive day from hell. At least it's not JusNoctis tonight - I logged onto the OOC chat over there and someone asked if I wanted to play, and I realised that I was in no state to play Visionary/Bon Vivant - I tend to be able to manage IC pretty well despite mood on most occasions, but feeling like you hate the entire universe is not conducive to playing a character who has been less than perky for maybe five minutes of one session.
Anyway, unfortunately, I have to go back to helljob now. Wish me luck. Or possibly axes, whichever.
