A Different Sort of Wish List

how to play
step 1: post a list of 10 things you truly, really want for the holidays. can be anything, from LJ icons to charity to a new car. you never know what a random person might be able to give you. remember to include a way for potential gifter to reach you, if you don't want to provide your address in your post.
step 2: peruse other people's wishlists and see if you can make anyone's wish come true! you don't need to spend money if you don't want to: your trash might be someone else's treasure. make someone happy, improve your karma. gifts may be anonymous if you wish.
1) Silver caduceus pendant - I can only find bronze, which just doesn't do it for me.
2) LJ icons. Anything people think suits me, but preferably Doctor Who (Eccleston season), Torchwood, Haibane Renmei, Silent Hill or Transmetropolitan.
3) North American sweets. My all-time favourites in that regard are Pixy Stix, Nibs, Junior Mints, Life Savers, Jolly Ranchers and Hershey's Kisses. Anyone who finds me Sour Patch Kids or Swedish Berries is a god amongst intarwebbers.
4) Music mixes. Home-burned CDs, MP3-laden .zip files, whatever - just something funky and random.
5) A goat. Or possibly an alpaca or donkey, if anyone can stretch that far.
6) Phone calls, particularly from the people I've known for years and years - I'm beginning to forget what you sound like. Skype, or calling cards, or even five minutes in which you say "Hi! Happy Christmas!" - I'd like to really hear from you.
7) One all-day RPG / horror party in which I don't have to cook, hostess or run anything.
8) Book vouchers. Seriously. Amazon gift cards are nice too, but there's nothing in the world like being able to walk into Foyle's with bits of paper that I can only spend on books.
9) A copy, in any format, of the Alan Ayckbourn one-act play "Ernie's Incredible Illucinations" and Eugene Ionesco's "The Bald Soprano".
10) Components for the Frankenbox - any decent motherboard, RAM, processor, graphics card etc that might be going spare.
If you need to get in touch with me, LJ comments are a good preliminary. Or there's IM for those of you who know my AIM name. If you have a list, please link to it.
