Shutting up shop

Okay, still bored.
Yes, Open for Business is fun. Don't get me wrong; much with the fun. At least there's more to do than potter around the house, go shopping and date people. On the other hand, it takes awhile to get good enough at anything to ... well, do anything decent. Yeah, the one I've been playing with all day now knows how to make a few different kinds of bouquets, and managed a gold badge in Sales, but overall, it's hectic as all hell. If you don't hire people, you never have the time to do anything. If you do hire people, you wind up spending all your profits on other people's wages. My test shop has been losing money hand over fist. Thankfully, there are cheat codes.
On the other hand, there's only so long you can sit in front of a computer faffing without feeling like someone filled your skin with jagged rocks. That's even with breaks for lunch, dinner, bathroom breaks and ten minutes of wandering around the house muttering bad words under my breath because the damn game wasn't working (so I had to go through my Downloads folder with a fine-toothed comb and remove a particular hack that I hadn't been using anyway). So I'm going to have a shower and I might play some more a little later, or I might just plop in front of the TV with Buffy S4 or something. Haven't decided yet. Still need to stay up 'til midnight because that's when I take my stupid antibiotics.
Still nothing from the Hollow City STs about the Dex 5 issue. Feh. This is not a happy thing. I would like to join in but it'd be nice if I heard something about it soon. If they're going to make me stay at Dex 4, fine, but they could at least tell me. Eesh. They've accepted a half-dozen applications in the last few days. I want to play, damn it!
Apparently
