Dirty Deeds Done

1) I finished the GM's Guide tonight. It took awhile, as I'd forgotten to do some fairly key fiddly bits, but now it's all there, complete with Photoshopped stock images and various other informational tidbits. I think it should be workable, all things considered.

2) I managed to do some work on the NaNo as well, keeping to my approximately 2,300 words per day principle. Therefore:

20,423 / 50,000 (40.8%)

Now that the GM's Guide is finished, I can devote more time and energy to the NaNo, which is a good thing. I'm looking at 3,000 word days from now on, possibly more on weekends. There's a write-in going on in a Holloway pub tomorrow, which I'm looking forward to attending, even though I'll have to bring Yoriko. Then again, I might just wind up being too tired to even contemplate hauling my old brick to work, to Holloway, to home. Maybe I'll just stay home and write instead.

I really should do the shower and bed thing. I'm not really all that tired at the moment -- I had the day from hell and still managed to do all this so I think I'm too busy coming down from the stress to be tired, really -- but I'm going to pay for this come morning. Ugh.
