daver2323. Apparently, just about everybody's going. I'm kind of embarrassed to ask this, since it seems quite obvious to everybody else, so what the hell, do it publicly and spread the embarrassment around:
Just what the hell pub are we talking about here?
I mean, I'd like to go; I like this guy and it's a shame he's going before I got a chance to get to know him or anything. And I'm making the assumption that no one would mind if I turned up, particularly given thatcholten99 has asked if I'm going. However, I wish people would stop talking like everyone knows everything and name the bloody pub already. I mean, is there a reason I should know, when I haven't friended the guy on LJ because frankly, I don't know him well enough and I wouldn't want to intrude? (Okay, random friendage; but there's a point between "random new person" and "friend I've had awhile who I discover has a LJ" where it feels wonky to be going around friending them. It's a thing. I'm a daft sod at times. Deal with it.)
