Temporary measures

Very brief update, now that I actually have a computer that vaguely does what I need it to do. dodgyhoodoo was kind enough to lug a generally functional box over here and, while we can't manage to make it read the wireless card driver disc, it does work and, quite obviously, has net access. So it's sitting next to the Command Chair for the time being (though we will have to unplug it as the power cable is currently a Yuki-trap) and I get to check my mail, check my journal (don't you people have anything better to talk about than meme results?) and do a quick update.

Migraine from hell. Dinner successful. Technocracy tomorrow. Cat is a doofus. Appointment with new agency Monday. Creative, absorbed-looking dodgyhoodoo on the sofa. Hope weaselbitch is feeling better from flu thing.

Now I will get away from Screen of Evil -- it flickers and is a migraine trigger even when I'm feeling fine, so eh. And nightskywarlock, I hope you're around soon as I do want an answer or twelve.
