Everything from the Sony 'root kit' debacle to iTunes only letting you register the songs you buy on five different computers (where every reinstall of the software you do counts as a 'new computer') to the RIAA suing people who store their stuff online (with no proof they ever distributed it, I might add) under John Doe writs.
