Dear sweet mother of crap, I cannot sleep. The head's bad enough, though that I can ignore through rigorous self-distraction. The horrific stomach cramps ... not so much. I can't sleep with my stomach feeling like it's ripping itself open for no good goddamn reason. There's no way I'm getting to work tomorrow (well, later today) at this point, is there? FUCK! I can't even just go lie down because I'd just be restless and miserable. And it's four in the fucking morning.

Screaming abominable pain = NOT GOOD.
