Yes, but when we leave sweeties as offerings to the gods, we get to eat them later. Therefore, I should leave it on the table 'for my homie(s)' for a half-hour or so, then drink it when they don't turn up. Honorarium and humour all at the same time, plus I get more alcohol. ^_^
