The problem is the asshat: Dr.Samuel Posner, co-author of the guidelines and associate director for science in the division of reproductive health at the CDC. This is another one of the current Christocrat that the Bush Adminstration has shoved down the America public's throat.
The reason why this fucktard was appointed is part of the Religious Reich's long term plans of trying to bring the good old days back to the fore front of America (Yet, the reason why they are fondly remembered by those that grew up in the good old days is the ignorance of childhood bliss during the 1950s-60s prior to the hippy movement).
But then there was also racism,rapant homophobia,anti-semitism(anti-paganism) and unbias male sexism; and these special breed of people wish to return to this era of Americana to pass this bliss to the next generation by any means necessary.
Sorry slightly wandered off topic, while I personally believe its the woman's right to choose and I was fortunate enough that my mother put me up for adoption to a good family, its still galls me that our government wishes to repeal basic human rights to a woman here in America; yet tries to force other countries to allow choice to there own female population.
