"Real Christians are chosen by God." There's the clincher. I was under the impression it was the other way around, the sacrifice of the Christ redeeming anyone who openly accepts it. The "chosen" epithet smacks of the Elect to me.
If I can understand that bit, as a hoodoo-voodoo-all-gods-are-bastards-but-gotta-love-em witchipoo, I do wonder why it's so hard to grasp for some people who claim the Christian title. Hey ho.
