Drabble Votes and Prompt-Begging

Those drabble prompts I got last month and haven't done anything with yet are going to have to be back-burnered, I'm afraid - they just are not speaking to me, and time has moved on. They'll be there in case I run out of stuff this month, I suppose.
Which brings me to two matters. First of all, there'll be two or three of these drabbles that get expanded into short stories proper over the next little while, and so here's the spot. The ones most voted for in each question (first and second favourites, as I know people have a hard time picking just one) will get expanded, as will the one that gets the most votes aside from those two. So here we go!
