Still rampantly ill. Constantly tired, my circadian rhythms are shot, I can't eat very much and I don't seem to be properly digesting what little I do manage... Fuck this, tomorrow I'm going to the doctor. It's been nearly ten days with no signs of improvement bar the headache seeming to be gone - provided I don't exert myself in any way (like, say, by standing up). I don't know what's bothering my digestive system, but at this rate, I am beginning to worry that I'm going to get some kind of vitamin deficiency.

I just hate going to the doctor on an emergency appointment basis. I mean, they get so tetchy about it at the front desk - "Are you sure this is an emergency?" they ask, their eyes accusing. I don't know what constitutes an emergency - I just know that I need a sick note and something that will stop the ever-present nausea so I can actually get my strength up and go back to work. Raagh.

In other news, I think I accidentally confused the Mage ST. I should have thought that if I was going to take a craft name for my character, I should probably inform the STs first so when they check who's playing, they don't get confused. I just figured that I was going to be talking to courtcat about fake ID and should inform the STs about all the name changes in one fell swoop. Whoopsie. Plus I suppose I haven't been thinking that clearly for the last week anyway, what with the being sick and all, and the STs have not been approachable of late. Well, kai was really good about it, for which I'm grateful because, with everything she's been going through lately, she'd have been well within her rights to get incredibly annoyed. I do hope she's feeling better, and not just because it makes gaming life easier. Frankly, I don't like to think of anyone being that stressed. Poor dears, all of 'em. I have to wonder if it wouldn't be better for that entire board to take a bit of a breather - games do have hiatuses, after all, and every ST needs a break now and then.

Yes, even me. I do find that it's easier to get enthused over STing now that I've had a few weeks off. I don't know if Restart will pick up again, but it's looking far more likely to than it was last month. And dodgyhoodoo responded favourably to my query about "If you're not going to run this Trad-free Invisibles-style oWoD Mage game you were talking about anytime soon, can I run it?" so we may be doing something of a more episodic, bog-standard Mage set-up soon, if everyone is up for it. Whee! I miss running.

I don't know if I have the energy to deathgnome, but I may as well give it a shot for a bit. I don't actually remember what the hell I was up to - something about finding some Taru's house in Windurst and handing over a buttload of items in exchange for a fair amount of gil. I spent a lot of my Auction House-derived riches on a Scarlet Ribbon (big on magical defence, good when dealing with Yagudo Scribes / Acolytes and Goblin Weavers) so I need to start saving up again. Still, with an average of 10 gil received for every Yagudo or Goblin killed, I suppose that shouldn't take long. Besides which, I've now figured out how to harvest and hopefully I'll find seeds soon. So far all I've been pulling is moko grass, which is common but annoying. Ah well.
