Mmmmmmmm. Mozart's Requiem. Well, okay, the Dies Irae.

I finally, finally got my PIN and was well enough to travel any distance today. (News, just FYI, is that they put me back on antibiotics, lucky me, was ordered off work until Monday and I'm to tell my boss, at my doctor's request, to suck it up because there's been a lot of shit going around this year.) So I decided to go shopping. For some obscure reason, I had this whim to go to Wood Green and peruse the little shopping mall there. I don't know why. It was a whim. It hit me. I went.

First thing I found was Project Zero II for dodgyhoodoo, on sale for a tenner at the GAME in Wood Green. Okay, so my whims pay off. Then I went into WH Smith, where I found a copy of the final Dark Tower book for £3. Whims paying off again, obviously. Then I went and bought myself my Mozart, because I just had a yen for Mozart. It was a thing.

The online RPing is going well. I've dragooned dodgyhoodoo into Charleston by Night now, and have (at the nagging of a couple of Hollow City chums) signed onto the Evergreen Gaming Guild's Chicago game. In this one, I am a Corax. Which is fun, because I've always wanted to play one.

My newest passion is Worms World Party. I am not very good at it yet, but it is fun. I'll get better. I've become One Of Those People Who Plays Video Games. Fear me.

And the latest news that made me laugh until I nearly cried: following in the footsteps of Ringo Starr (and his role in Thomas the Tank Engine), Gary Lineker is Underground Ernie. *snigger*
