May. 2nd, 2003 05:29 pmAh, payday's finally back to normal. The Easter break tends to fuck one up when one's paid weekly. Bleh.
I have a couple of new DVDs courtesy of HMV's two for £20 sale. "Perfect Blue" (anime! I have anime! Rejoice and w00t for the anime!) and "The Matrix". These'll be perfect additions to my collection. I actually have a collection. Eee.
Yesterday I found out what a police state would look like. Not to put too fine a point on it, I made the mistake of trying to get to the Traf Square SleazyNet with the May Day protests going on. alaindan used not so long before. I told leopard_lady this when I caught her online and we 'small world'ed for a bit.
And at the moment, I'm still making my little plans. I have to go home and clean the house but I might have sushi first. Kent and Asuka will be coming by in late July and I'll be able to see them before trundling off to California to see Nakanaide andnightskywarlock and others. Little plans and little daydreams. They're nice, aren't they?
