I am now a member in good standing at Blockbuster. Unfortunately, the selection bites. How can the selection at a branch of one of the biggest movie rental places around bite this much? I mean, it more than bites -- it screws the dead guy. (Oooh. Clerks ref in video rental capacity.) On the other hand, they were selling "Heathers" cheap -- one of my all-time faves and I couldn't resist.

Then my boiler went *klunk* and started spewing gas-saturated water all over the flat. Apparently I blew a safety valve by mistake. If I die in an electrical fire, I should've called the landlord and gotten the electrics looked at before turning the boiler back on, but hell, it's cold out there!

Anyway, I'm going to go home in a few and write things and watch "Minority Report". I should buy the neighbours shooter's muffs ... oh. Wait. That won't help. I have a subwoofer. They'd feel more than they hear anyway.
