For about £65, you can a very good on the market 5.1 surrond sound system. DvD'S give sound on 6 channels (2 back, 2 front, 1 voice, 1 bass) and buying a 5.1 speaker system really really liven's up moves like the cinema. Actually i sold my Hi Fi and use my DvD player to play my music CD's on now :)
