Change of Plans

dodgyhoodoo is suffering from what he refers to as 'unspeakable gut horror', and this is not generally speaking conducive to GMing in any way, shape or form. Poor love. And so, because I would like to RP at some point this month, I have once again demonstrated my innate ability to pull a RP out of my arse in the shortest available time and am now printing out nWoD character sheets. Second Sight is pretty much tailor-made to run the kind of thing I've been writing for NaNoWriMo for the last two years, and who knows? With proper discussion with the relevant players at O'Neill's later on today, and discussion on timings etc with weaselbitch and nadriel, this could be a longer-term thing than just a holiday one-off. Yes, it would be nice if I could just sit back and play as intended, but at least I get to be a total show-off about my ingenuity etc.
I got a parcel today. Of course, I don't actually have the parcel, because I was pretty much still asleep anddodgyhoodoo was in the bath when the postman rang the bell, but I will pick it up at the depot tomorrow. Odds are that it's sweeties from darkdanc3r and ilyena_sylph, or possibly the random giftage from the generous navytron89. I'm actually kind of hoping it's the former, not because I don't appreciate random giftage but because having received things from Missouri might mean that Missouri has received things from me. I really want darkdanc3r and ilyena_sylph to have their pressies...
Right. Time is ticking on, so I need to get dressed, check my deathgnome's delivery box to see if any of my auction house stuff sold and get ready for the outing (oh, and retrieve the cat from behind the bed. Again), all the while thinking WoD plot. Hasta!
