Task came through from the Helldesk this morning. Task E-mails contain almost no information, other than the Task ID and the Task's parent Request ID. However, we have a view of Tasks on Remedy (another misnomer - if that system's the remedy, I don't want to KNOW what the problem is!) that shows us more useful stuff. After navigating though three or four tabs, I found out that a user had either got married or divorced, and so her user accounts needed updating. All well and good. Her new name was included, but not the name with which said accounts had been set up...
