And somehow, miraculously and with no true effort whatsoever, I am back in my own time zone, circadian rhythm-wise. Obviously utter exhaustion is good for something.
Now, what am I going to do with my day? Obvious thing to do would be to finish the NaNo. I haven't worked on it in ages (too tired and ill) and am probably behind by now. However, I have five days, 2k words per day is low average for me and I'm not inspired right this minute. I do have all day. But it's definitely on the agenda. I'd rather not fail due to Tortoise and Hare Syndrome.
There's Final Fantasy as well - I mean, I'm fairly sure that I'm not going to get any partying or whatever done right now because most of the English-speaking people would probably be in bed just now, but I should probably check how my chocobo's doing and maybe do some farming. It's another possibility, to be sure.
Now, however, I'm strongly considering rediscovering Sims 2. I got a bunch of new downloads that I'm itching to try out. Plus making pets is always fun. And you never know; if I kill enough time that way, I might get back online around the same time that some of my friends are actually ... y'know, awake.
So that's kind of the plan. I'll go dick around with Sims 2 for awhile, bash out some NaNo and then faff with FFXI for awhile. Nice, relaxing Saturday.
