Depends on how all-encompassing you are about the term 'gay'. If you take it to mean "have any homosexual leanings at all" (taken in pure black and white terms as opposed to 'straight', which many people do), then yes, he lied. You can't be bisexual without some homosexual leanings.

Clinton: I agree with you. It was idiotic, from what little of it I paid attention to at the time. Doesn't stop it from having happened, more's the pity; that's the kind of thing that makes a mockery out of the entire system. Particularly when you consider that Clinton was nearly impeached for, not to put too fine a point on it, having extramarital oral sex performed on him (*cough*Kennedy*cough*) while Bush still sits in office unchallenged after he took his country and ours to war because 'God' told him to. Priorities, people!
