Most classes gets seriously better at 10. Rogues are nice once they get poisons, Hunters once they get some beefy skills. Warlocks much easier once you get a Big Blue pet.

I LOVE shamans :) They just keep being awesome all the way up. They're great as mage-types, they used to be TOTALLY SICK as dual-wielders, and their quests to get new elements are fab.
