Not sure if it'd be helpfull, but http://www.thesimsresource.com/ has a free section, gotta sign up (free) but it generally has a metric butt ton of free clothes/goodies/etc. If I had my Vaio laptop hooked up I'd look at my bookmarks and send them if they'd be at all helpfull. I tend to kinda download whorish for my Sims 2 and Sims 1 games.
