I stand ready to be corrected here, but as I understand the medical profession in the States, this fuckwit is simply shooting himself in the foot. After all, if he is paid per patient, and he's telling patients to go elsewhere, he's deliberately reducing his potential earnings. Or doesn't he like the idea of some of his tax dollars coming back to him?
