Bored and Extremely Dangerous
May. 2nd, 2004 12:47 amThe PayPal people need to be shot. I mean seriously, with no possibility of reprieve shot.
So I check my e-mail before going to bed and find out that, surprise! Someone has paid the 'construction costs' on the T-shirts they asked for. Good thing, too, since they went out in the post this afternoon. The problem is that no one from PayPal ever bloody well warned me that personal PayPal accounts do not accept credit card payments. Since I have no intention of upgrading and putting money into these people's pockets, I'm going to have to reject the payment and make the poor thing find another way to do this. If this has to involve international money orders, I am going to dismember people -- the whole point is that this is supposed to be simple.
Now, I know there are probably handling fees with credit cards and all that kind of crap, but for fuck's sake, couldn't there be a bit more of a warning for the newbies? Jesus.
Oh well. At least the damn things should be to her in time for one of them to serve as a grad present.
Apart from that, I'm bored. Bored bored bored. Copyright protection means I can't watch any of the DVDs in the house (with the exception of Ring, but I'm finding it hard enough to sleep without![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
